The Equalizer range of hydraulic spreading wedges only requires an access gap of 6mm and has a spreading force of 14.5 tons. Requiring minimum maintenance, Equalizer flange spreaders are lightweight, portable, and easy to use. Unique interlocking first step creates no friction between tool and joint.
The Equalizer mini kit shares many of the operating features of the maxi kit — the only difference being the hydraulic pump and cylinder are mounted directly onto the wedge head, creating a compact, self-contained spreading wedge. |

The Equalizer 5T(e) and 3T(m) Hydraulic & Mechanical Flange Spreaders are for use in maintenance and installation procedures and allow the realignment of misaligned flanges within the 5 and 3 ton physical capacity of the tool. The Equalizer alignment tools have been developed as the safe, simple, and cost-effective solution to fixed flange and rotational misalignment.
