Bolttech warrants that (1) the BoltSpan will perform substantially in accordance with accompanying written materials for a period of two years from the date of receipt; and (2) any hardware accompanying the unit, excluding transducers, batteries, temperature probes, and cables, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two years from the date of receipt. Should any problem occur caused by a defect in materials or workmanship within two years after receipt by end user, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost for parts or labor when returned prepaid to Bolttech.
This warranty does not apply in cases of abuse, mishandling, unauthorized use or repair. Bolttech Corporation shall make the final determination regarding the appropriateness of any warranty claim. Any implied warranties on the BoltSpan hardware or software are limited to two years.
All repair work will be made FOB West Newton, Pennsylvania or at a Factory Trained Service Center as advised by Bolttech, provided defective unit is returned properly packed with all transportation charges prepaid. Any and all equipment replacement will be at the sole discretion of Bolttech.
