Procedure for custom orders:

1. Submittal of this form with RFQ.
2. Quotation, including price and delivery time, will be presented with drawing of tool.
3. Purchase order to be submitted with signed DWG. to acknowledge design approval.
4. Cancellation of order is not permitted after receipt of purchase order.
5. Customer driven design changes after purchase order placement and drawing approval will result in price and delivery changes.
